Scottee
"Scottee" is an established player with more than a few strings to his bow.
This visual artist, performer and party-host is not just larger-than-life in appearance, but also very much so in his behaviour. Scottee has a 'giant' presence; you could describe the air in which he conducts himself as, 'heavy'. As a host on stage with microphone in hand, he is clearly loud and proudly queer.
On stage as a performance artist, however Scottee lets himself down considerably; for what is such an intelligent persona on so many other levels, Scottee's performance art is hackneyed and dull. His act has been rather accurately described as, "a watered down version of Leigh Bowery's idea of performance"
But Scottee does possess talent- he is a strong leader- and although his following and entourage are both rather diminutive in stature- he certainly bulks his stand up with a decent wit, a brave wardrobe and a strong singing voice.
Although Scottee is certainly not beautiful or classy- he could lend your event an artistic edge- and he is fairly well-connected amongst celebrities and key characters in the London performance scene.
